Hill Communications is a student-run PR firm, but working here hasn’t felt like a student experience. As Director of Internal and External Communications, I’ve led messaging strategy for the agency itself — shaping how we show up online to prospective clients, prospective hires and our own team of 80+. I’ve written everything from hiring materials and onboarding documents to exec comms and social copy, helping define the tone, clarity and professionalism of our brand.
